Texture is the appearance of a surface.
like Element can enhance the expressiveness of a plane or be the structuring element of a composition.

the texture applied to the design.
the texture is an abstract quality, added to distinguish or differentiate it from other elements.
everything we perceive through the eye is composed of shapes and colors, so most of our perception is optical.
There are two types of textures, visual and tactile.
visual texture is one that gives us the feeling of a surface, flat, rock, wood, rust.
tactile texture, is one area that can be felt.
We are surrounded by it, in everything we see and touch every day, sometimes without realizing it.
in design is an important part, because it helps to enhance a composition.
is functional and aesthetic and is intended precisely to define the shapes.
